Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, the joint action of the President and a member of the management board is required. To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning the disposal, acquisition, encumbrance or other disposition of real estate, the consent of the General Assembly of Members is required. Performing a legal transaction obligating the association to dispose of a right or involving the disposal of a right, or from which the association's obligation to make a one-off or periodic payment arises, whose total value exceeds PLN 15,000 (fifteen thousand), requires the consent of the General Assembly of Members. This also applies to granting a power of attorney to perform this transaction. Performing a legal transaction obligating the association to dispose of a right or involving the disposal of a right, or from which the association's obligation to make a one-off or periodic payment arises, whose total value exceeds PLN 10,000 (ten thousand), requires the consent of the Audit Committee. This also applies to granting a power of attorney to perform such a transaction.
