Manner of representation

The management board manages the association’s operations and represents it externally. The association must be represented by the joint action of two members of the management board, with the exception that, in matters not reserved for the management board, the function of head of the workplace within the meaning of labour law is performed by the President of the Management Board or another member of the management board authorised by the management board. The following are authorised jointly to make declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations: the President or the Vice-President, together with the treasurer or the treasurer’s deputy.
