Manner of representation

In matters other than property matters, the association is represented by the Chairperson of the association’s management board, and in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, by a designated member of the association’s management board in accordance with the established competences. To represent the association in property matters, including matters related to making declarations of will concerning property rights and obligations, the association may be represented by designated members of the management board, provided that in every case two members of the management board must act, one of whom must always be the Chairperson of the association’s management board or the treasurer of the association’s management board.
