Manner of representation

The association is represented and financial liabilities are incurred by the association’s management board. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association up to the amount of five thousand Polish zlotys, the signature of one member of the management board is required. For an amount exceeding five thousand Polish zlotys, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required. For making declarations of will in all matters other than property matters, the association’s management board is authorized, with the signature of one member of the management board being required.
