Manner of representation

For making declarations of will concerning the club’s property rights and obligations, signing agreements and incurring obligations on its behalf, the following is required: 1. in the scope of ordinary management of the club’s assets up to and including a value of 200 złoty: a written declaration by one member of the management board; 2. in the scope of ordinary management of the club’s assets with a value exceeding 200 złoty and up to and including 1,500 złoty: a written declaration by two members of the management board; 3. in the scope of ordinary management of the club’s assets with a value exceeding 1,500 złoty: a resolution of the management board; 4. for the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or a member of the club’s management board authorised by the President is required.
