Manner of representation

1. The joint action of two members of the management board is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning property rights or property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand złoty) in value. 2. The President or Vice-President of the Management Board is authorised to make independently declarations of will on behalf of the association not listed in paragraph 1, or two other members of the management board. 3. If the management board is a one-person management board, all declarations of will on behalf of the association shall be made independently by that management board; this excludes the application of paragraphs 1 and 2 accordingly.
