Manner of representation

1. The union is represented and property obligations are incurred in the name of the union by two members of the Presidium of the Management Board acting jointly, including the President of the union or the Vice-President of the Management Board of the union. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the President of the union is entitled to make declarations and take positions on behalf of the union in individual employment matters within the scope authorised by labour law. 2. The President of the union acting independently is also authorised to incur property obligations in the name of the union in an amount not exceeding PLN 1,000.00 (in words: one thousand zlotys). 3. Acts in matters within the scope of labour law are performed for the union as employer independently by the President of the union, whereas in matters concerning the President of the union, they are performed by the Vice-President of the Management Board.
