Manner of representation

For the validity of declarations of will, as well as all documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two members of the management board are required. If the supervisory committee assumes the powers of the management board, the signatures of three members of the committee are required for the validity of the aforementioned declarations of will. For the validity of other documents and instruments, the signature of the person indicated by the management board is required. If the supervisory committee assumes the powers of the management board, the signature of the person indicated by the committee is required.
