Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board, including the President and the Vice-President of the foundation. 2. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation within the scope of management may be made by the President or by one person authorised for this purpose by the management board. 3. For other letters and documents to be valid, two signatures are required: those of the President and the Vice-President or the treasurer, if they give rise to financial liabilities. 4. The President may independently incur financial liabilities on behalf of the foundation up to PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys). 5. Two persons are authorised to sign bank documents: the President and the treasurer or the Vice-President, who signs the documents together with the President. 6. Point 4 applies accordingly when liabilities are performed. 7. The management board or a member of the management board authorised by it may appoint attorneys-in-fact to conduct the affairs of the foundation in accordance with the principles of the Civil Code. 8. The President holds a permanent power of attorney. 9. The President may independently sign letters and applications in urgent matters that do not produce financial effects exceeding those specified in point 4.
