Manner of representation

In matters of current ordinary management, PORSO is represented by the President or by individual members of the management board authorised by the President. Declarations in the association’s property matters exceeding PLN 15,000 are submitted simultaneously by two members of the management board, including the President, and in the President’s absence the declaration is submitted by two other members of the management board. If the management board has two members, in the President’s absence the declaration may be submitted by the other member of the management board authorised in writing by the President.
