1. Declarations of will on behalf of the Brotherhood shall be made by the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board together with the treasurer or the secretary, but only in exceptional cases in the absence of the treasurer, with an obligation to inform him of this fact. 2. Once, the management board may grant a power of attorney to other members of the Brotherhood to make declarations of will on behalf of the Brotherhood in particular matters.
