Manner of representation
The management board manages the day-to-day activities of the association in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of members and represents the association externally. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including in property matters. The function of head of the employing establishment within the meaning of labour law, in matters not reserved for the management board, is performed by the President or another person authorized by the management board.
