Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of “LOT BORNE SULINOWO” concerning the disposal of property, including the incurring of financial liabilities, as well as in other statutory matters of “LOT BORNE SULINOWO”, shall be made by two members of the management board of “LOT BORNE SULINOWO” or by one member of the management board and a person authorised by the management board (attorney-in-fact), in accordance with the rules established by the management board. 2. The management board may authorise the President of “LOT BORNE SULINOWO” to make independently declarations of will connected with the conduct of the day-to-day activities of “LOT BORNE SULINOWO”. 3. In the manner specified in section 2, the management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact for specific matters, who shall act within the scope of their authorisation.
