Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraph 2, shall be made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations exceeding 10,000.00 (ten thousand) złoty, a declaration of will on behalf of the foundation may be made independently by the President of the Management Board.
