Manner of representation

§ 24 point 5 of the Articles of Association: Members of the management board act within the scope of the powers of attorney granted to them by the President of the Management Board. The President of the Management Board has the right to assign functions to members of the management board. The President of the Management Board represents the association externally. § 46 of the Articles of Association: For the validity of declarations concerning the property rights and obligations of the association and the granting of powers of attorney, the signature of the President of the association’s Management Board is required.
