Manner of representation

The responsibilities of the management board include: A) implementing the lines of activity established by the general meeting of members, B) representing the association externally, C) appointing and dissolving committees and teams for the purpose of performing statutory tasks, exercising supervision over them and adopting regulations governing their activities, D) giving opinions on applications for the expulsion of a member from the association and forwarding them to the peer court, E) managing the association’s property and disposing of its funds, preparing budget estimates and budget reports, H) submitting a report on its activities to the general meeting of members, I) creating administrative and organisational conditions for the functioning of the audit committee and the peer court, J) maintaining the list of members of the association, K) adopting resolutions on the acquisition and disposal of real estate, L) adopting resolutions on incurring substantial property obligations.
