Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the society independently. 1) Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association, conclude agreements, grant powers of attorney and make other declarations of will, in particular in financial matters, independently. 2) The treasurer is authorised independently to represent the society with respect to the performance of financial obligations, including: - signing agreements for the use of credit cards; - using credit cards; - making bank account transfers.
