Manner of representation

Those entitled to represent the general partnership are all partners individually, provided that, with regard to signing legally binding agreements: - for the supply of means of production; - for the purchase of fixed assets; - for supplies under commercial agreements; the consent of both partners, or written authorisation from a partner to conclude such an agreement individually, is required.
