Manner of representation

The President is authorised to: 1. take out any loans on behalf of the Fund for the purpose of implementing projects, operations, research, development, real estate, equipment and/or vehicles; 2. conclude agreements on behalf of the Fund with various contractors, subcontractors, financial organisations, trust funds and/or private entities for the purpose of conducting research, development or undertaking joint capital investments in any and all projects; 3. make the following purchases and procurements in the name and on behalf of the Company: any real estate, equipment, machinery, vehicles, bank accounts, business operations, credit accounts and cards, patents, trademarks, copyrights, investment-grade securities and any other financial instruments acceptable internationally; 4. conclude the following lease agreements on behalf of the Fund: office space, warehouse space, real estate, equipment, machinery, vehicles and financial instruments acceptable internationally issued by trust funds and banks; 5. conclude the following service agreements on behalf of the Fund for the Fund: all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewage, waste disposal, Internet, telephones, mobile telephones, paging systems, newspapers and/or all other services that the Fund may need. In all other matters, the Company is represented jointly by all members of the board of directors.
