Manner of representation

In the event of a one-person management board, the management board independently decides on incurring obligations up to the amount of 200,000 złoty (two hundred thousand złoty). Disposal of a right or incurring obligations to provide a performance with a value exceeding this amount requires prior authorisation contained in a resolution of the meeting of partners. In the event of a multi-member management board, the following are entitled to incur obligations and submit declarations of will: a) up to the amount of 100,000 złoty (one hundred thousand złoty) – each member of the management board independently; b) above the amount referred to in point a) – two members of the management board jointly.
