Manner of representation

1. The validity of legal acts concerning the disposal of assets, the acquisition of asset components and their disposal requires the joint action of two persons acting jointly, including the President or Vice-President and the secretary of the management board. 2. Agreements and other obligations resulting in a benefit up to PLN 10,000 may be signed independently by the President or Vice-President. 3. Matters on behalf of the employer under labour law are signed by the President or a member of the management board authorised to do so.
