Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board independently and the Vice-President independently are authorised to submit declarations of will and sign on behalf of the association. 2. The President of the association and the Vice-President of the association are authorised individually to sign on behalf of the association declarations of will as well as letters and documents resulting in the incurring of financial liabilities or disposal of a right up to the amount of PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand złoty). 3. For signing on behalf of the association declarations of will as well as letters and documents resulting in the incurring of financial liabilities or disposal of a right above the amount of PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand złoty), the joint action of the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board of the association is required.
