Manner of representation

The following are authorized to submit declarations concerning property and non-property rights and obligations and to sign on behalf of the company: in the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, for submitting declarations concerning property rights and obligations and for signing on behalf of the company up to PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zloty), the President of the Management Board independently, and above PLN 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand zloty), the joint action of the President of the Management Board together with the Vice-President is required, while for submitting declarations of will in non-property matters, the joint action of two members of the management board or a member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required.
