The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the entirety of the work of the management board, in particular the manner of incurring property obligations, as well as the conditions for the validity of resolutions of the governing bodies of the volunteer fire brigade. Contracts, acts, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by the Vice-President together with the treasurer. Contracts concluded with a member of the management board are signed by a designated member of the Audit Committee.
