Manner of representation

1. The President or Deputy President may independently submit declarations of will on behalf of the management board in matters of ordinary management. In the case of decisions exceeding ordinary management, the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Deputy President, is required. 2. The President independently or the Deputy President and one of the remaining members of the management board are authorised to incur property-related obligations and sign correspondence in this respect. 3. A declaration of will, including the incurring of property-related obligations, requires a prior resolution of the management board for its validity.
