Manner of representation

Both partners are authorized to represent the company and conduct its affairs, whereby the making of declarations of will and signing on behalf of the company requires the joint action of both partners, with the exception of activities related to: a) handling employee matters, b) insurance of property, vehicles and fixed assets, c) vehicle registration, d) representing the company before all courts, public administration authorities and other state authorities, where each partner may independently undertake the activities specified in points a), b), c) and d).
