Each member of the management board of the foundation is entitled to independently conduct, within the scope covered by the foundation’s objectives, talks and negotiations with third parties, including sponsors, donors, investors and other persons, entities and institutions operating or potentially operating within the scope of the objectives adopted by the foundation. 3. Talks and negotiations concerning the determination of the final terms of cooperation and the terms of concluding agreements with third parties may be conducted exclusively in the presence of the President of the Management Board of the foundation or persons authorised by the President in writing. In the event of concluding an employment agreement or a civil-law agreement with any member of the management board, the foundation is represented independently by, respectively, the President of the Management Board, another member of the management board or a designated attorney-in-fact.
