1. The conclusion of agreements, granting a power of attorney and making other declarations of will requires the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. The management board of K.S. “SPARTA” is authorised to dispose of, acquire and encumber immovable property and to incur liabilities. A resolution of the management board of K.S. “SPARTA” is required for an instrument disposing of or encumbering immovable property. 3. The validity of documents concerning property rights and obligations requires the signature of the President or Vice-President and the treasurer of K.S. “SPARTA”. 4. The validity of declarations concerning property rights and obligations requires the joint action of the President, an authorised member of the management board and the treasurer.
