Manner of representation

1. The President of the Management Board of the municipal branch represents the municipal branch and manages its assets. 2. The President of the Management Board of the municipal branch makes decisions within the scope of ordinary management. The presidium of the management board of the municipal branch, or, in its absence, the management board of the municipal branch, may authorise the President of the Management Board of the municipal branch to make decisions beyond the scope of ordinary management up to a specified amount of liabilities incurred in a single transaction. 3. In the matters specified in sections 1 and 2, the President of the Management Board of the municipal branch may grant powers of attorney.
