Manner of representation

1. The association is represented by the management board acting through the President, or by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In all matters of the association, including entering into agreements and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, the President acting independently or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to submit declarations of will. For the validity of a declaration of will, as well as of all correspondence concerning property-related rights and obligations exceeding PLN 4,000, the joint action of the President and at least one member of the management board is required.
