Manner of representation

If the foundation’s management board consists of two members, each member of the foundation’s management board may make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation independently. If the foundation’s management board consists of more than two members, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by the President jointly with one member of the management board; however, if in such a case the declaration of will on behalf of the foundation is addressed to a person who is the President of the foundation’s management board, it is made by two other members of the management board acting jointly.
