Manner of representation

The association is represented externally by the Chairperson or, in the Chairperson's absence, by another member of the association authorised by the management board, subject to the provisions of point 1. 1. Declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning the management of property, as well as other statutory matters, are submitted by two members of the management board, one of whom should be the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson, or by one member of the management board and a person authorised by the management board (attorney-in-fact). 2. The management board may authorise the Chairperson to submit declarations of will independently in connection with the conduct of the association's day-to-day activities.
