Manner of representation

1. The management board of the association is authorized to make declarations on behalf of the association concerning the disposal of property, including the incurring of property obligations, as well as in other statutory matters of the association. 2. For validity in matters concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and the granting of powers of attorney, the President’s signature or the signatures of the Vice-President and the Secretary of the association are required. 3. The management board may appoint attorneys-in-fact for specific matters, who shall act within the scope of their authority.
