Manner of representation

The persons authorized to represent the management board are the President or, in his place, the Deputy President. The President of the management board together with the Deputy President, acting jointly, is authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including incurring obligations, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney; in the absence of the Deputy President, the President of the management board and another member of the management board jointly; and in the absence of the President of the management board, the Deputy President jointly with another member of the management board.
