Manner of representation

1. Each member of the management board is authorised to represent OSP GRS-ŁÓDŹ independently. 2. Contracts and powers of attorney are signed on behalf of OSP GRS-ŁÓDŹ by the President or one of the Vice-Presidents. 3. In the event that OSP GRS-ŁÓDŹ incurs a liability whose value exceeds PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand zlotys), the joint action of the President of the Management Board and the treasurer or one of the Vice-Presidents and the treasurer is required. 4. Management board activities with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zlotys) require a resolution of the management board adopted in the presence of at least two-thirds of the members of the management board. 5. Financial documents up to PLN 20,000.00 are signed independently by the treasurer of OSP GRS-ŁÓDŹ.
