Manner of representation

The President of the Club acting independently is authorised to represent the Club externally, sign letters, grant powers of attorney, conduct negotiations, conclude and sign contracts and agreements, appear before courts, authorities and state and local government administration bodies, submit declarations of will and perform legal acts on behalf of the Club. However, the performance of a legal act whose value exceeds PLN 20,000.00 requires joint action by the President of the Management Board together with one member of the Management Board. In agreements with the President of the Management Board, the Club is represented by another member of the Management Board acting independently.
