Manner of representation

The foundation is represented by the President or the Vice-President, if appointed. In the case of appointment of a multi-member management board, declarations of will and all documents by means of which the foundation incurs pecuniary obligations towards third parties with a value exceeding PLN 50,000 are signed by two members of the management board, including the President; however, the employment relationship with members of the foundation’s management board is established and terminated by the Chairperson of the Foundation Council, while in other cases acts in matters within the scope of labour law are performed on behalf of the foundation independently by the President or the Vice-President of the management board.
