Manner of representation

The district management board is authorised to represent the ZPAF district in matters concerning the conclusion of agreements and incurring financial obligations. All legal acts resulting in financial obligations require, for their validity, the signatures of the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer of the ZPAF district management board, submitted under joint representation. Other documents and correspondence are signed by the chairpersons of the authorities or their deputies, as well as secretaries or treasurers. Representatives of other ZPAF organisational units are also authorised to perform these acts within the scope of the powers of attorney granted to them by the management board.
