Manner of representation
All documents that result in the creation, expiry or amendment of the society’s monetary obligations or changes to its assets must be signed by the President and the treasurer, or by a member of the management board authorized by the management board by an appropriate resolution. To make declarations of will in all other matters of the association, conclude agreements and grant powers of attorney on behalf of the association, a member of the management board acting jointly with the President is authorized.
