Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations of will concerning the association, as well as all letters concerning its property-related rights and obligations, the signatures of three members of the main management board are required: the President, Vice-President and treasurer. 2. For the validity of declarations of will concerning a branch of the association, as well as all letters concerning the branch’s property-related rights and obligations, the signatures of three members of the branch management board are required: the President, Vice-President and treasurer. 3. For the operation of the association’s online banking accounts, the signature of the association’s treasurer is required within the scope of the power of attorney granted pursuant to a resolution of the management board.
