Manner of representation

I. Two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to undertake obligations and dispose of assets on behalf of the association. II. For: 1) entering into agreements for the operation of a bank account and a bank deposit; 2) appearing in proceedings before the registry court, before public statistics authorities and in matters concerning entries in public registers such as REGON, NIP and similar; 3) performing acts not specified in § 1 – each member of the management board is authorised. III. In addition, the President and the Secretary General are authorised independently to perform all acts on behalf of the association, including acts creating obligations and acts of disposal, in the course of judicial or administrative proceedings. IV. If the association performs a legal act with a member of the management board as the other party, or if a dispute arises between the association and a member of the management board, the association is represented by two members of the audit committee acting jointly or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by the general meeting.
