Manner of representation

For performing a legal act on behalf of the association whose value exceeds PLN 1,000,000, a resolution of the management board approved by the audit committee is required. In the case of a multi-member management board, for representing the association and assuming financial obligations by the association in matters whose value does not exceed PLN 50,000, the action of one member of the management board is sufficient. For assuming financial obligations by the association in matters whose value exceeds PLN 50,000, the joint action of at least two members of the management board is required.
