Manner of representation

The association is represented by the President of the association, and in his absence by the Vice-President. The following are authorised to incur financial and property obligations: the President or Vice-President of the Management Board acting with one member of the Management Board. Declarations of will, in particular in matters concerning the management of the association’s assets, are made by two members of the Management Board authorised by the Management Board, or by a member of the Management Board and a third person authorised by the Management Board.
