Manner of representation

The association is represented, including for the purpose of incurring financial liabilities, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney, by: a) the President and Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly; b) the President or Vice-President and another member of the management board acting jointly (in agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members).
