Manner of representation

Members of the management board are authorized to make decisions concerning the incurring of financial liabilities. Each member of the association’s management board has the right to incur liabilities independently. For the validity of a declaration of will, as well as of any documents concerning the association’s proprietary rights and obligations, the signature of one member of the management board is required.
