Manner of representation

1. To submit declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and to sign agreements and commitments on its behalf, the joint action of two members of the management board is required. 2. For other letters and documents to be valid, the signature of the President or another authorised member of the management board is required. 3. At least two persons from the management board may grant, in writing, a power of attorney to represent the interests of the association. This power of attorney may be revoked at any time.
