Manner of representation

All documents binding the association financially, as well as documents relating to monetary transactions, transactions in materials, and settlement and credit matters, concerning specific matters or of a universal nature, shall be signed on behalf of the association by the President and the treasurer. These powers may be transferred to other persons on the basis of powers of attorney granted by the association’s management board pursuant to resolutions of the association’s management board. In all other matters, the association may be represented by any member of the management board.
