Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will, in particular in property matters, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly are required. For the validity of letters and documents issued externally by the association, one signature of the President of the Management Board or Vice-President of the Management Board or other persons authorized by the association's management board is required, acting independently.
