Manner of representation

The President or Vice-President of the management board is authorised to represent the association. Two members of the management board jointly, or the President of the association, are authorised to make declarations of will concerning the rights and obligations of the association. A resolution of the General Meeting of Members of the association is required for disposing of a right or incurring an obligation to experience with a value exceeding PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys). For incurring financial obligations or disposing of a right below PLN 50,000.00 (fifty thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the association may be made independently by the President of the management board. In the absence of the President of the management board, the absent President of the management board authorises another member of the management board to incur financial obligations.
