Manner of representation

The given trade-union structure having legal personality is represented by its Chairperson, whereas the submission of declarations of will in property matters requires the joint action of at least two members of the management board of the trade-union structure having legal personality, authorised by the management board of that structure, including its Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson; in current matters arising from the needs of the union's activities (meetings, office and training materials, fees), up to the amount indicated by the competent management board of the trade-union structure having legal personality, the Chairperson of the management board of that structure is authorised.
